All orders are shipped within 7–12 business days from the date of purchase.
If you need your order urgently, please contact our customer service so we can do our best to expedite your request.
Exchange Policy:
As our pieces are made to order, we are unable to offer exchanges or returns in most cases.
We do, however, offer a one-time exchange under the following conditions:
– If the product arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us immediately.
– For engagement rings, if your partner did not like the ring, we can offer a one-time exchange. This must be reported to us within 2 days of receiving the item.
In all exchange cases:
– You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us and receiving the new item.
– The new item must be of equal or greater value.
